Terms and conditions

1. Who we are at the harbour

These terms govern your use of tidebellharbour.com ("Tidebell Harbour", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of tidebellharbour.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Age: 18 or over

Only users aged 18 or over may use Tidebell Harbour. Using it means you confirm you are 18 or over.

3. Coins, and what they are not

• All games are played with virtual coins given free of charge.
• Coins have no monetary value. They are neither money nor credit nor property.
• No coin can be purchased, sold, withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes, and the site offers no in-app purchases.
• Prizes of real-world value are never offered.
• Coins, levels and features can be changed or reset by us as needed, at any time.

4. Real money is never gambled here

Real-money gambling is neither offered nor promoted by Tidebell Harbour, and we do not link to gambling operators.

5. Account rules

• A free account is needed to play. Accounts are personal: one each, and never shared.
• Do not share your password, and let us know immediately if another person has used your account.
• Delete your account at any time from your account page. It happens straight away and is permanent.
• An account may be suspended if it is used to disrupt the site or if we think its holder is under 18.
• Coins, levels and missions are attached to the account, are not your property, and can be reset.

6. Fair conduct in the harbour

Do not try to disrupt the site or point automated tools at it, do not offer coins for trade, and do not allow anyone under 18 to use it.

7. Availability, and limits on liability

We provide the site “as is” and may alter or remove any part of it. Any malfunction voids all plays and pays. These terms do not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and they leave your statutory rights intact.

8. The applicable law

These terms are governed by English and Welsh law.
